Can't argue with that. Though I think penalties on reckless driving is simply too lenient, especially in past decade.
I had encountered accidents before, on both occasions cars rammed into my car rear. One of which is quite obviously a drunk driver, but the IO had to drop the case because AGC don't want to pursue, only issue warning. The IO, who was a retiree cop hired by TP on contract basis was so mad at AGC. He told me he was knocked down by a reckless driver while riding he motorbike, same case, AGC did not pursue.

Yes..i agree ..
Also, arising from the Bugis Juction fatal accident...Ma Chi Ferrari..
Can the transport minister pause and re-look this accident and how to prevent such unwholesome character from casuing death to ordinary folks on the street in the future.
If there is a second Ma Chi, mowing your love one down, then it will be a replay of the rich causing innocent death with their toys.
Should we ban these toys from exceeding the speed limit of public roads.?
Impound their toys and take away their license..stifer sentences.
LTA and the transport minister must seriously take firm actions and not wait for another fatal accident and public outcry before reacting.
We do not need a ministerer. who take action after damage is done...a reactive minister..
