Those living in new estates are taken as suckers. The estate was planned for the residents to be solely dependent on a few business. There will only be a coffeeshop and supermarket for a group of blocks, you will have to walk to the next group if you want other choices. End up, the resident have to patronise the coffeeshop even if the food sucks and expensive.

Yes sorry typo . But i think we should never decrease the cost of living standard when the whole world is getting expensive .. Imagine if like that then Singaporean travel overseas will think everything so expensive and cannot enjoy your trip . I still prefer to increase your salary so that u can enjoy more overseas .

Everything must balance . If u want to increase the cost of living naturely u have to increase your salary . That's the only way to go . Biz is about adjusting the price . If the cost of biz decrease I'm sure u able to adjust and give your customer the best price u can afford .
