Just wondering what water temperature do you normally bath with?

I have seen 1 magazine saying its better to use cold water as it close our pores. And once in a week use cold then warm then cold and repeat the process as it open and colse the pores.

As for myself i use warm water everytime... i really can't stand the cold...but once in a while i dare myself and bath with cold water...its really fun haha as you shiver around...

It's only good if you have a nice female body with you in the shower, so the cold water renders those nipples erect and hard, and you can see the goose pimples on her smooth erotic skin. Then you adjourn to the bedroom and cuddle to keep her warm...shivering alone is no fun.

lianbeng believes there are some therapeutic effects with both warm n cold water. how do chicken rice seller cook the pak cham kai (white chopped chicken)? they boil the chicken until cooked then dip into ice cold water to tighten the skin to make it smooooth!:D

I noticed that Singaporeans always like to complain the weather too hot, so humid, so sweaty everytime I go out etc etc.
And then when they go back home, first thing they do is to turn on the heater and then take a hot shower. WTF...

It is also a known fact that a cold shower improves blood circulation. A hot shower on the other hand relaxes the muscles.
Showering with cold water is better; at least when you travel abroad to places without heater, you won't get a nasty shock.

But try not to shower with water that is too cold (< 10°C or so), you can very easily go into cardiac arrest in less than 15 seconds if your body is not used to it...

Why must it always be hot or cold??

For me, lukewarm as usual.
