HDB prices will never allow to tumble. The ever increasing prices is part of the grand scheme of asset enhancement started by GCT.
Buy a flat now and you are expected to make money when you are ready to sell in the future.

With 30 years bank loans, if the price drop, and the value lower than the outstanding loan, banks are going to foreclose the flat. Many people are going to die. So don't expect it to drop.

Many years ago, we were jokingly saying a $ 1million HDB flat is a pipe dream. This has became reality. I am very worry for our kids.
