Lips' biting hot..

Do you have a penchant for anything to be served piping-hot, whether it's your cuppa, soup, ramen etcc..so hot that at times you'd have your Lips' burned ?
..or are you just contented with every which way it's served.
Me reaLLy ngiow one, at times i'd go back to the staLL to get my cuppa refixed; aLL bcos it's not hot.

I have a habit to inform waiters that I like my soup and coffee to be piping hot. It's funny, Thais are not particular about this.

I'm leh-chay la if warm I'll ask them to bring it back to make it real hot. But don't know why Thais not like this la they accept whatever given to them.

-- China spicy cold noodles
-- Korean cold noodles with hot pepper sauce
-- Japanese cold soba

Things that must be served hot are soups, especially hot and sour soup.

But I'll really get pissed off after telling him that but he still give me a glass of hot boiling Teh Tarik..

yes fishy, that's the soup I meant, the suan la soup.
even before all the fuss about sharks fin soup, I always preferred having this hot, sour and spicy soup at dinners.
this one definitely must be served piping hot...............................
