If this continues, some guys will have no 2nd thought abt taking thier chances and may try molesting SG gals.

the govt shd not compromise on such offences. if the pap allows offers of compensation for molest, will it also allow offers of compensation to families of murder victims?

pap determines that molest cases can be negotiated to be compounded for $5000. the pap doesnt want to send them to jail. no space for criminals?

but sending them to jail is a strong deterence to guys who have the propensity to molest gals
