Above is an itaLian inspired sotong dish done with thymes, garLics sauteed in oLive oiLs ..
..but deep down i wouLd aLways go out of my way, Looking for that perfect sotong masak hitam...

Camping here. No.1 fan of sotong. Will go anywhere around the world for sotong, calamari, squid etc. From deep fried baby squid, chilli squid, curry sotong, to Mediterranean olive oiled soaked calamari.

Many wouLd have heard that same story before..so the next time you go marketing for sotongs, dont buy those sizes that seems fittabLe for your sotong story.;)

I once a BBQ, where the host prepared squid with tyme , rosemary and god knows what other herbs, plus olive oil etc as marinade. i thought gone case like the English who still do not know how to cook seafood. It was excellent.
