Without an aircraft carrier or a foreign base or ally in between for mid-air refuelling aircrafts, they couldn't reach pass Bangkok even if launched from their southernmost tips of Hainan, HK or Macau, if it's Singapore that's concerned. Jetfighters are not jetairliners. Even British jetfighters can't reach Moscow if not launched from or refuelled over Germany.

The word "reach" is in the sense of range radius here, i.e. they have to reach their targetted zone and return to home base. If they carry so many fuel tanks, there's no much room left to carry their payloads.
