Charles Chong was a PAP MP during his tenure at Joo Chiat SMC.
Most people thought he was sent to PE to retire.

But the turnaround shocked the voters. LHL must have been shocked by the marginal win.
How did Charles Chong swing around ?

Charles Chong Seemed to know a lot about the financial standing of PE or otherwise, the larger GRC where PE belonged to as he claimed there was no such PE entity when Large GRC was making profit in its operating funds. The rest is too confusing to talk about .

WP Lee Li Lian being then PE MP, she did not respond well during the TC- fund attack from Charles Chong. In fact, WP Png and WP Sylvia Lim over shadowed WP Li Lian during the argument of PETC funds. What would PE voters make of WP Li Lian as a MP ?

Mass Media was another PAP devil , published irrelevant or unproven facts that murdered WP at PE.

Two things Charles Chong claimed are the bone of contention. One is the one million surplus whether in PE or Pasir- Ris GRC and the 22 million PE sinking fund not accounted for, which most people believed had nailed the coffin at PE sending WP Lee Li Lian out of job.

Unfortunately, WP Lee Li Lian was innocently-badly smeared at PE by all these yet to be proven figures.

Now, Workers Party owes an absolute favor to WP Lee Li Lian to seek this rightful redress. If unproven figures that were claimed by Charles Chong deviate from the truth, WP should do the right thing to return this innocence and justice and confidence to WP Lee Li Lian and her supporters at PE.

of course she got no proof to say Ah Chong told lies, so she had to honorably say she did not work hard. This is leadership talk.

we have to wait for the audit for PE is out and how WP deals with the smear to redress her innocence.

Ah Chong, being the underdog at PE in GE2015 had to find a way to pull the wool over PE voters.

The account saga was the best poison.

Definitely, his vested and desperate interest was all about Punggol East SMC.

Now, the million surplus in operating funds published in the Chinese news whether Ah Chong was struggling to imply to Pasir Ris GRC or PETC is no more the concern. The issue is where is the 1 million surplus ? If Ah Chong referred to the larger GRC as he claimed there was no such PE entity, then where is the pro-rated profit when PE was seceded from the GRC in 2013 ?

Another poisonous issue---$22.5 million of sinking funds were not accounted for as Ah Chong claimed after 2013 !

These are the two main relevant issues the PE voters should be enlightened ! Other issues are irrelevant .

When the audit is out for PE to hand over to Ah Chong and if there are no such bollocks that claimed by Ah Chong, WP must demand for a public apology from Ah Chong to WP Lee Li Lian and all the PE voters.

By-election is no more the quest, Ah Chong can keep the PE if he has the face after the truth is out.

If WP does not carry out this action, it proves WP has its skeleton and by next GE 2020, WP would left only a pathetic Mr Png in the parliament.

Sylvia should also consider to relinquish her party chairpersonship to either Mr Pritam Singh or Mr Faisal.

WP has only this lifeline to save its future. Be courageous and faithful if Ah Chong was telling lies.

PAP wants WP dead, be friendly is one thing and saving your sinking ship is another. The choice is yours !
