I have a trick for you to use......

Take all the shoes of your family members and place all outside the door. Arrange them nicely outside so no one will step on it.

All your guest will automatically remove their shoe before entering you home.

It work ever time.

DIY: Buy one of those red pvc floormats that is readily sold in most shops selling household products and use a permanent marker to write your message on the mat.
