Commonwealth Games: Singapore's women paddlers win Gold
08 October 2010
SINGAPORE: Singapore's women paddlers Feng Tianwei, Wang Yuegu and Li Jiawei on Friday scored another gold for Singapore after beating India 3-0.
The three won their respective matches to stamp their supremacy at the Games.
The women paddlers made a clean sweep at the last Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, and seem on track to repeat that stellar performance in New Delhi this time round.

European champion Andy Turner, from Nottingham, marked the end of a "dream" season with Commonwealth Games gold on an evening which saw the Home Nations collect a huge medals in Delhi.
Three came as Turner led an England clean sweep in the men's 110 metres hurdles, with William Sharman, from Northamptonshire, taking silver and Lawrence Clarke bronze on Friday.
