this is ridiculous!!

why classify squirting milk as assault?

can superficials amounts of milk caused harm and damage to another?

and why the hell they classified milk as biohazards?

you mean we feed babies with biohazards?

mother's milk is the most nutritious food for babies!!! better than milk powder, the officer should be blessed and thank God to received such milk from a mother..

stupid Americans nowadays...

US woman charged with assault for squirting breast milk at officer
An American woman has been charged with third-degree assault after she squirted breast milk in the face of a female police officer.

Published: 7:00AM GMT 09 Mar 2010

Toni Tramel, from Kentucky, had been arrested for public intoxication and was changing into her prison uniform when the incident allegedly occurred. She reportedly squirted milk straight from her breast into the face of a female deputy.

Daviess County sheriff's deputies said that Ms Tramel, 31, was arrested on a misdemeanour count of public intoxication but later in custody allegedly sprayed a stream of breast milk into the face of a female deputy.

The sheriff's office said that the deputy went through a "biohazard" decontamination process after the incident and that Ms Tramel was subsequently booked on an additional charge of third degree assault on a police officer, a felony.

She was being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Reports of the case have sparked debate about whether using breast milk as a weapon should constitute a felony assault case, with many readers likening it to an accused person spitting on an officer.

Some commentators have also queried the use of the term "bio-hazard" to describe breast milk.
