Dark soya sauce. I found a brand of dark soya sauce in golden mile Thai supermarket that is quite nice.

A teenie weenie bit of both dark & light soy sauce or the taste will be overwhelming saltish & I must throw in a wee dash of pepper! & that is yummy...especially the runny eggs.

With A Good Black Sauce

Nice eggs. I like them with alittle pepper and soya sauce. Yummy!

Mostly fried eggs for Nasi Lemak and my char bee hoon.

Soya sauce is salty. I prefer the black, glossy and sticky one. Slurp ! Got anti-oxidant.
