Boboli Park - Florence​

This gorgeous Florentine park was originally meant for the sole enjoyment of the Medici family. Although construction began in the 16th century, it wasn't open to the public until the mid-18th century. Beihai Park - Beijing​

While Beihai Park has only been open to the public since 1925, it has resided within the Imperial City of Beijing since the 11th century. A lake makes up around half of the park grounds, and at the center of that lake lies Jade Flower Island, home to the beautiful White Pagoda that was built in honor of the Dalai Lama's visit to China in 1651.
