Last time I asked, the salesperson said indicative is 1.5mil for Lenang Heights semi-d. Expecting it to be priced higher, with the strong bull run...
Agreed that the one to watch is Sunway township at 2nd link.

Could be smaller, say less than 2500 sqft built in, and has only very small piece of land at the front, side and back.
http://www.sunwayproperty.com/pd/lenang.asp. Semi-d built-up is from 3,000 sq ft onwards. Suspect the land area is 40 x 80 or there-about. At RM 1.3-1.5m, the price is quite ok considerably its proximity to 1st link & amenities/commercial hub. I have no more bullets left though, with 2 recent purchases in JB & 1 in SG.....haha

It's ludicrous to even think of building a flyover over the mature housing estates of Taman Kebun Teh and Melodies garden! No enlightened or responsible authority would ever dare to think about it. The design plan must be stopped. Who would ever dare to invest in Iskandar anymore, Malaysians or Singaporeans. If the authority dare to build the said flyover, what would stop them from building flyovers 5 years down the road over the housing estates of Horizon Hill, East Ledang, Senibong Cove or Straits View Residences?
