By now the AG must be wondering what a silly chap he has been and hopefully he will learn from this.

No society is free from crackpots, petition writers and insignificant individuals with pet peeves. Allegations, insults and defamatory letters, emails and correspondence come aplenty from quacks to quizzas. Prosecuting them is a waste of tax payers money and a foolish waste of time.

Imagine gopalan asks for donations from Singaporean for the trial and ends up drinking whiskey and getting drunk. Asking to loan a boat to go sailing at Changi. Started of with support from SDP, Ravi and company and falling out with all except Uncle Yap. Is this guy a threat? Is this guy's opinion on anything of value or significance. Are his words worth the paper they are wrtitten on.

Ever heard of Ghandi, Chia Thye Poh, Mandela, Said Zahari, Lim Hock Siew giving in. If we want get to rid of PAP, the despotic and tyrannical old man, we need people of substance, character and conviction.

Did Lim Chin Siong kiss old man's arse and recant before leaving free UK. Did Lim Chin Siong ask for sail boat to go sailing?

He has already done that with the donations received by having a drinking session. Unless someone can convince me that whiskey is an essential.

The previous AG did not bother to pursue him despite he not having paid court cost amounting to $9K when he fled to the US the first time around after JBJ acted for him pro bono on a similar charge many years ago. They also did not bother when he kept returning for holidays to avoid making a " hero" out of gasbag.

Frankly have no idea why Walter does not have better things to do like following up on cases buried by the past AG.

Its more like he is milking singaporeans again. He is again seeking donations. When JBJ defended him then it was pro bono. This guy is well known for abusing people financially. Just go and check why the people who surrounded him when he was initially charged have backed back away. There is a difference between asking for donations and harrassment. There is a reason why only UY ended up with him and no one else.

Reminds of the mother who millked singaporeans wholesale after the daughter was murdered. It did not matter that she was previously barred from singapore. Had used false papers. Did it bring the dead girl back? Or did it build a huge house for someone else.

I guarantee you that Singaporeans will give money to anyone with a simple story. The NKF is a case in point.

True. These fly-by-night political opportunists have got no morals or real commitment to us Singaporeans. They come and go as they like - to serve their own self-entertaining goals.


Gopalan gave up his citizenship and pledge his allegiance to the U.S.A(as required at the citizenship ceremony)

Then what happens? He suddenly came back to Singapore, Insulted our judges, taunted n challenged the Police to arrest him, created disturbance at a public area and then left for the U.S.A again.

Well done to this traitor... Come here create mess/chaos and then run. In the end, its Singaporeans who has to clean up the mess... restore our judiciary's reputation which may have been tarnished by Gopalan's baseless accusations.

I hope the government will ban this traitor from ever returning to our land.
