If singkieland really protect it workers,,Foremen, supervisor and PMET jobs are reserved only for locals. The heavy lifting shit is to be done by foreigners,,,they are given the opportunities to work overseas and compliment local labour, not replace it. I was told in Mudland, the factories etc, foreigners work on the production lines and supervisors etc are all locals,,,got SPM can get job and even supervisors got cars...
Yup.. You're perfectly right there.. The industry is finding it hard to employ locals for the Heavy Lifting department due to the harsh dangerous and tough nature of the job..Our local Malay boys used to make up large numbers but even they now are shunning the job.. That's the area where the Marine Industry recruit the Indons and the Pinoys.. These 2 countries are their 2 traditional recruitment sources.. And when being given Foremen positions, these FT trash would lord it over the locals..
Its not a pretty sight to see these fucktard FTs shouting and bellowing at the locals.. I have seen some ugly confrontations between the local crew and their FT foremen.. Usually the FTs would back down from any fights fearing that any incident report would make them lose their rights to work in S'pore..
