Sisters sexually abused by dad, uncle and even grandpa

IPOH: Two sisters, aged six and eight, are alleged to have been sexually abused by their father, grandfather, aunt and uncle over several years.

Their mother only learned of the abuse recently after her daughters complained to a relative of pain in the lower part of their bodies.

The parents are divorced and the mother usually leaves her daughters with a relative in Taiping before going to work.

It is learnt that the ex-husband would forcibly take his daughters to his home, feed them drugs, blindfold them and tie their hands together.

It was claimed that the father, grandfather, aunt and uncle would sexually abuse and torture the girls.

After sending her daughters to a hospital, the mother claimed that her eight-year-old daughter was found to have a torn hymen while her youngest daughter's private part had wounds.

The mother, who also claimed that her ex-husband and his family would organise sex parties, lodged a police report on Dec 27.

When contacted, Perak police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Mohd Shukri Dahlan confirmed that a police report had been lodged and investigations are ongoing.

“We cannot simply arrest anyone and we are in the midst of getting a child expert to get statements from the two girls,” he said, declining to elaborate further.

DCP Mohd Shukri said the case was being investigated under Section 376(b) of the Penal Code for rape.
