I have no idea where you got your data from . Nobody has that data now because the ministry does not release them .

what I know is this : antibody response from non mRNA vaccine is sub standard. This is from lab results obtained from patients who have been admitted . There has been cases where there were no detected levels of antibodies.

mRNA vaccines provokes your body into mounting a robust response . That’s why you get the aches and fever. That is a good sign . But stupid laypeople fake medical experts interpret that as the vaccine trying to kill you . In younger people the response is so strong that it causes pericarditis/myocarditis. These are transient and self limiting, and no death has been reported, even in that 16 year old who purposely test fate by going for a heavy workout after his jab.

Ministry tolerates non mRNA because they figured something is still better than nothing . WHO approved them for the same reason as they want 80% of the world to be vaccinated before they can declare end of pandemic. Something is better than nothing . Plus poorer countries do not have the cold chain logistic capability to transport and store mRNA vaccines so non mRNA is their only option.

It‘s a pity stupid people choose not to understand simple science and instead listen to quacks (including those with MBBS) and reject proper protection. They get confused and also impressed by the numbers and charts and news headlines either fabricated or interpreted out of context .
