You not happy with that all you got to do is to win 67% of the seats in parliament and amend the constitution. Very simple one.

If you want to enter parliament, you cannot be a civil servant. But nobody can stop an ex-civil servant from entering parliament.

Similarly if you want to be president, you cannot be a party member. But nobody can stop an ex-party member from standing for PE.
