A STOMPer wants to warn the residents of Punggol that a serial thief who steals women's underwear is on the loose at that area.
Many of the STOMPer's sister's underwear had gone missing recently, and she found one near where workers would sit around to drink or use wi-fi.
She elaborates:
"Those who live around the Punggol area, beware. There are some people who are stealing ladies bra and underwear.
"Residents that are staying on the first floor do beware of people peeping through your toilet windows or hanging around your toilet windows.
"Have encountered the incident many times in one year, and many attempts were made by these workers.
"There was even one time that I caught this worker putting his iPhone 4S through my toilet window.
"I reported the case a few times and now police are taking patrol duties around my block area every few days a week.
"So here's the thing , my sister recently lost many of her bra's and underwear, and we are puzzled as to why they keep going missing when we know that we already washed them.
"Yesterday (Jan 17), when I happened to walk pass one of the blocks which is kind of quiet and most of the workers will always sit there to drink or use our neighbours' wi-fi.
"I found this bra that was thrown aside near the bicycle locks. Immediately, I informed my sister about what I had found and she then knew that her bra's and underwear were missing because they were being stolen.
"I will soon be reporting the case at the nearest police station. Do keep a look out for such things, neighbors that are staying around Punggol estate, especially those on the ground floor.
"Please do share and let the neighbors around Punggol know about it as well."
