YOu dont need ANY agreements to ensure a steady supply of genuinely talented folks from India or any country in the world....they are enamoured by our cleanliness, efficiency, lack of real crime and great infrastructure. Believe it or not they also see singapore as being uncrowded....no matter how hard you make it they will still be interested, there is no better place in the region to bring up kids...this worked in the past where there were strict quality control standards so you only got the cream....now they have opened the gates so wide all the gutter filth has flowed in as well....go take a look at the handholding bastards at changi or expo ....you'll see the standard....all they do now is form theor own ghettos and social/professional networks that shut out singaporeans.
