Ha ha I was right, all probably sinkie owners, hoping tenants pay their mortgage, go rent from Malaysian owners else where nearer the city. No point having the views in ulu ulu place

We are just waiting for the Convention Centre, Pan Pacific Residences, One 15 Private Marina club house gets up and running to enjoy life at 20% of the price of Sentosa Cove. Poor chaps like us got no choice cos we got squeezed by the balls by PAP and their very rich China investors out from Sentosa Cove. Even Keppel is expensive.. So we can only join the Puteri Harbour poor community.
