STOMPer Rey was left disturbed by the sight of a couple who got intimate with each other at a staircase of a housing block in West Coast Road.
The STOMPer also reported that the couple can be seen from the ground floor, as well as the block opposite the one they were at.
In a phone conversation with STOMP, Rey said:
"I was coming out of my grandmother's home in West Coast Road at around 2am on Sunday (Oct 27) when I saw a couple getting touchy with each other on the staircase of the block opposite me.
"I was actually annoyed and disturbed by the sight of this couple, who I think may be from China. I mean, I think it's ok for couples to hug and kiss but they were doing more than that -- they were touching each other.
"I could even see them from the fitness corner on the ground floor.
"When I came back a few hours later, they were still there."
