Police looking for man to assist in vehicle theft case

Police are looking for the man shown in the pictures above to assist with investigations into a case of vehicle theft reported in the vicinity of Blk 458 Hougang Avenue 8.
The man is believed to be in his 40s with a shaved head and a slightly tanned complexion.
He was last seen wearing a red shirt and black shorts. He was also wearing a dark coloured wrist guard on his left wrist and a similar knee-guard on his left knee.
