SINGAPORE - The police are looking for a man (pictured above) to help with investigations in a case of outrage of modesty.
The incident occurred around Upper Boon Keng Road on July 24 at about 8.50am.
He is believed to be in his 30s with dark complexion and short hair. He was last seen wearing a dark shirt and jeans.
