The police are looking for the next-of-kin of 69-year-old Lim Seow Koon.
Mr Lim passed away at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital on Tuesday, Dec 27. He was previously a resident of the Institute of Mental Health.
His next-of-kin, or anyone with information on him, can call the police hotline at 1800-255-0000.
