As a head of state, you should not insult another country, even if you're using that country's own jokes. Do you go to Ireland and repeat all the Irish jokes that the Irish themselves tell one another?

So where's the fucking lynch mob for ass loong for making racist jokes at chinese people?
You know there will be one if he makes jokes on indians.

Why is it if someone makes a joke/small remark etc that doesn't look good on indians it's considered full blown racism and a lynch mob will gather read to crucify the person with full justification that he absolutely deserves it.
Yet when it happens to chinese no such thing occurs. The person can probably make the gravest insults on chinese people and probably won't even suffer half the punishment were he to make a small remark on indians.
Also why are there non indians who will somehow defend these indians no matter how small the matter but won't ever help chinese and even some chinese themselves won't ever care if the insult was on chinese people but the minute it's indian people they jump to attention immediately.

Look, Jah, the issue here is not racism. Because Pinky is ethnic Chinese. That's why I condemned him for insulting an entire nation, which is not on for a head of state. Not for racism.

Yes, general rule of thumb in racial relations. Applies to stand-up acts as well. The most sensitive jokes would be those about Jews – no other races can make fun of them.
Racism aside, it's considered bad form for government leaders to crack jokes about other countries publicly during state visits.
