That's what I noticed here. It's a strange situation. What can PAP do to win them over? Look at the results of Bukit Batok. An unknown independent actually had 150 votes, while HHH had 2,629 votes. If PAP is doing something, why don't the people do something about it? Write in, join the grassroots, etc?
