He has and he is a Malay. He is also saying don't give away so many citizenship, and save some of our handouts. This is going to make life a little less stressful for our citizen and we all know stress is one big factor in stopping the baby factory. The happiest countries are those where stress is the lowest and they have babies in abundance. Singapore unfortunately is the most unhappy country in the world.

I have a solution but nobody would listen.
1. The most powerful thing in SG is ? OUR CPF !!! Its pays millions to our leaders and allows Temasek to be possible and all the high returns & profits etc .. everything.!
2. Our low birth & migrate is our main problem right ? SG is stressful hard to make ends meet cos we pay TAX + CPF so either no birth or fcuk off to imgrate.
3. So to solve our shortage of manpower ? We import !
4. To solve the problem we need to import only for private sectors. All state own sectors, GLC, transport, casinos, should be reserve for locals with higher rates of salaries specially for local SG citizen
only. Not new citizen.
Who would run away if a rich country takes care of its own citizen ?
