Like it or not politicians are the one's who can make a difference. All leaders have to get political involved to get things done. Obama is the leader of the worlds most powerful nation & he's made the right noises about global peace.

Anyway If you think Obama is NOT the right person, who then should have been awarded the peace prize

Any one not deserving it should have their titles stripped off. It is otherwise disrespectful of people holding and deserving the title.

The Noble prize thingy is something going on OUTSIDE Spore. What's a nobel prize worth 1 to 2 million Mere peanuts to what PAP is getting

I would think that Sporeans would be more concerned with what's going on IN Spore. Look at all the honors the familee have grabbed, highest paid, highest unknown losses, ....
