You are correct, the koran that MUIS fake muslims and other muslims are using today is the Cairo Edition 1924. 1924 Cairo Edition is different from Uthman’s Quran, otherwise it will be called Uthman edition.

There's no surviving copy of uthman's quran today. Even those qurans in Birmingham or Tokapi museum are incomplete and are dated to be from after uthman's time.

Birmingham text is earlier than uhman's time. But it really depends on how the carbon dating was done. But it really does not matter as mahomet not involved in writing of the quran. He is not the suthor so whatever is written cannot be verified for its authenticity.
Birmingham quran is incomplete. It contains about 2-3 chapters of the whatever version of the quran is floating out there. The Birmingham 'quran' is not a complete quran, barely 10% at most.
