Man charged with rape

<!-- end left side bar --> <!-- story content : start --> A MALAYSIAN man was charged on Wednesday with raping a 20-year-old woman at a carpark in East Coast Park. Tan Eng Sing, 31, a construction worker, is alleged to have committed the offence between 8.45am and 9.15am on Sunday. He was remanded at Central lock-up for a week. If convicted, he faces a jail term of up to 20 years, a fine or to caning.
