You never read the lips?...that is the elderly that the 2% to be well taken care of...not the elderly poor!...these are Soylent Green material; not worthy of any percentage. Soon, they will give out GST Cash vouchers to cover costs for the elderly poor reduction to Soylent Green ( cremation) & charge them 2% for carbon tax; for burning using up carbon... ha ha ha ha
