A MAN who poured urine over the head of a 30-year-old man whom he had also cheated was jailed a day and fined $10,000 on Thursday. Chan Ming Yuan, 24, was also fined another $800 for wearing a navy captain uniform at the Bedok police division when he was not from the Republic of Singapore Navy. He pleaded guilty last week to pouring urine over the head of Tan Sze Leong; deceiving him into believing that the investigation officer of Bedok police division wanted to see him and wearing the captain uniform on July 25 last year. Two other charges were into account during his sentencing. Tan is currently serving 27 months in jail for swindling four women he met online. He later married one of them.
