Man charged with molestation

<!-- end left side bar --> <!-- story content : start --> AN UNEMPLOYED man who allegedly molested a young woman and punched her on the face was charged in court on Tuesday. Ramli Mohamed, 30, is accused of lifting the 20-year-old part-time tuition teacher's T-shirt, unhooking her brassiere and touching her breast, as well as assaulting her. The alleged offence took place at his flat in Clementi on March 21. He was remanded at the Institute of Mental Health for psychiatric observation.
If convicted, he faces a jail term of two to 10 years and caning. His case will be mentioned on April 13.
