Alan Ramos, a Mexican IDA associate consultant was sentenced to 10 months jail for having sex with a 15 year old. What is more curious is the fact that this 'FT' was in Singapore in the first place. According to his LinkedIn Profile, he has a degree in Psychology and was hired as a fresh grad to work as a software developer at IDA.

A foreigner with no experience and of questionable character can easily get a job in a stat board. What's even more interesting is that they merely need a degree in psychology to be an expert in the software field.

Singaporeans need to be excellent in everything, with work experience to be considered.
