He looks like a General. He looks like a man. I think unless stifled, tripped or plain junked into the back burner, he is the PAP man to watch. I am trusting my instinct. I am not trying to sabo him.
if u ever work with him....u will know he is an amazing guy. look at his speech......and how he handle those hard-core anti-pap people posting in his facebook.....u will know why.

I have been in his facebook. He is good. Good in the sense that his PR skills are solid. He does not sound fake or condescending. Now whether he is putting on an act as he is a newbie in the political scene remains to be seen. Remember VB, who started out being for the people, now he is the no.3 attack dog, only behind MBT and WKS. Amongst the 3rd generation, he is the premier attack dog. He is like Anakin Walker...
TCJ in my opinion is a very polished player, indeed much better than his colleague, Mr KeeChiew CCS... But for all we know, his heart could be darker, colder than CCS by 1000 times. Someone in this forum wrote recently no good dog ever came from a bad master. Serving PAP, how much good can he do? Conversely, given his innate abilities and all powerful PAP platform, how much damage can he inflict on us is limitless. Fuck suddenly, I feel like I am in Star Wars and we are all the EWOKS getting our ass raped!!!!
Looks like a General?
Please, a really General is this guy:
PhD holder. SG Generals only have Masters Degrees.
Do you know he was accidentally shot in the chest by an M4 courtesy of a dork at the range? By the way, the guy is White. I am talking about a slant eyed Oriental like myself. Kwan Yu is another example in case you need one.
I don't know how many people could remember this.
Years ago, TCJ was a young debater from some junior college in the finals on TV. Guest of honour was Wong Kan Seng. The title was (ironically) something like "Should Ministers' loyalty be to the people or to his party?" TCJ's team was on the "to the country" side.
I think there was a segment where members of the audience could ask the debaters questions and the debater had to answer there and then. I could not remember the exact question but I could remember TCJ in his response suddenly keh kiang and used Wong Kan Seng as an example. He said something like, "Take Mr Wong Kan Seng for example. If there is a conflict between his loyalty to the people and his party, the right thing for him to do is to RESIGN!"
The TV then showed a closed up view of Wong Kan Seng, visibly shocked and unhappy, but he quickly put up a struggled smile knowing that his is on TV. TCJ's team lost by the way.
Fast forward to the present, I wonder if TCJ would himself resign if there is a conflict between his loyalty to the people and PAP.
Wow would be good if there was a clip of this
<p>KNN.This is a real General lar.

i hv spotlighted this chap fm abt the time he was first presented to the public as a pap candidate...BG Tan was one of the few newbie PAPs to actually talk abt change within PAP at the start when he was questioned by msm abt pap groupthink...the other if i recall correctly was Vikram Nair...
Empty Talk. if you go through his facebook page, he still believes in the GRC system and high ministerial pay.
Destined to take up a high post
