Lessons learnt from watching "Avengers"
I hope all Opposition party leaders and pro-Singapore White MPs read this.
I can't help but have this relation in my mind while watching the avengers yesterday.
Loki(White) wanted to be the Emperor of Earth(Singapore). He wanted to control Earth via mass developing his machinery(stat boards, GLC, media, "union", "employer federation", media, RC, CC, etc.) and his mass hordes of Aliens(FTs) from another world.
Nick Fury (Singaporeans) need a force to protect Earth from Loki, and thus assembled a few superheros (diff opp parties) to help to save the Earth. These group of superheros were of different personalities and charecteristics. They have got different thinking and ideas in what and how to solve the Loki problem. They know Loki need to be stopped, but were unable to trust another, and work things out as a team. It was at this time when Loki managed to free himself and begin his quest of building his Leegalised Dynasty.
Nick Fury went to the consult the Council(President) for help. But the Council chose to turn a blind eye on him and the people. Instead he planned to use a missile to destroy the whole world.
It was only when the group of superheros began to put down their pride and differences, and began to trust each other that they began to fight as one force against the evil Loki, his machinery and his aliens.
Who are the superheros? Some are physically stronger, some are mentally smart, some have good leadership skills, some are good at doing secretive agent work, some can fight better, some were even confused/past Whites made used by Loki, and some were the better/humane Whites.
So the team assembled in order to win Loki:
1. Captain America - WP (blue col. and leader of opp team currently)
2. Hulk - SDP (explosive and sometimes unable to control itself but that was the past - Hulk managed to control himself at end of the movie)
3. Hawkeye - RP (a newer, weaker opp party at this moment)
4. Black Widow - NSP (only female leader of a team)
5. Iron Man - SPP (full of charm and intellect, but a bit prideful and uncooperative *oppss*)
5. Thor - pro-Singapore Aliens (like Lily Neo / TCB / AMK Singh etc.)
6. Phil - supporters of an allied Avengers Team
7. Maria - volunteers of different opp parties
8. Nick Fury - Singaporeans
So it is a combined allied team which will manage to overpower and overthrow Loki the "Emperor".
This movie is full of learnings about the current politics in Singapore and I hope opposition supporters, opposition members and opposition leaders will watch and learn from it.
Know who the real enemy is. Before it is too late....
