Fire staffs working more than 10 years with the company, if:
1. Their pay is higher than they junior peers
2. They have lower productivities and make lot of noises when assigned new jobs
Asian mgmt is stupid to think that these people are loyal. These people basically cannot find better jobs outside that's why they have NO BETTER CHOICE but to stay in the same companies.
Give them pressure so they work harder and more productive - these people think mgmt dare not fire them because they work long already! Mgmt should be LOGICAL, there is NO LOYALTY!
