Bro jw5, agree. One must remember that MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events) concept that masked the existence of both the core casinos.

The approval for both casinos came 1st. Then the developers were ask to submit their plans to develop that casino allocated land with MICE in mind.
