The PAP(biggest garung guni in Asia) start to collect FT(foreign Trash) & PR (permanent Rubbish)to our little red dot.
The FT overloaded our transport system and cause the system breakdown,& the trash suggests to use "cable tie" to solve the dis-lodged problem.
