Ex-Ren Ci staff on CBT charge

<!-- end left side bar --> <!-- story content : start --> A FORMER staff of Ren Ci Hospital and Medicare Centre was charged in court on Monday with misappropriating $30,791 from the hospital. Ng Shu Kian, 29, was working as a business office assistant at the Irrawady Road premises when she allegedly committed criminal breach of trust of the amount between March and Nov last year. Ng, who has made partial restitution, was represented by a lawyer. Her case has been fixed for a discovery conference on Oct 21. If convicted of the offence, she can be jailed for up to 15 years and fined.
