STOMPer Terence spotted this man last night (26 Aug) walking in the middle of the road at Bukit Panjang and striking cars that were driving past. The STOMPer said that the man, who appeared to be Caucasian, was clearly drunk and even lay down on the road at one point, blocking vehicles from passing.


The STOMPer said:


"I saw this drunk Caucasian man in front of Bukit Panjang CC on the 26th of August at 950pm.


"He was walking in the middle of the road and hitting cars on the side as they drove past.

"When the traffic light turned red, he walked over to the cars and started disturbing the drivers.


"He even lay on the road, blocking other drivers from passing."

His overseas allowances was cut by Crisis in Europe or his Amarican boss told him, this month no allowances, so he go drinking at the coffee shops...

B Panjang nowadays have a lot of condominiums....no longer ulu like before, there is a Korean population there too, if I am not mistaken..
