I doubt that will happen. If they did that, it would probably expose the ineptitude of those behind the project. Who knows there might even be corruption involved :confused:

Minus sabotage possibility, don't think wire problem will be due to the cheapness of the wire itself. The environment is generally dry, unless there is seepage. It is more likely due to improper installation. E.g. trunkings are loose and wires stretched under weight, leading to problems.
