One very good way to increase income is to work towards becoming skillful and knowledgeable in something that interests and excites you.
For example if you're interested in photography look for a genre that is in demand and hone your skills till you become very good at what you do. Your skills will then be in hot demand and income opportunities will come your way.
I agree 100%. Many folks did plan 10-20 years ahead, have great and grand plans to spend or grow their cpf money, and then the scums in white UNILATERALLY came up with devious schemes to withhold their hard-earned money against their will. :oIo: So, what's the point of planning so far ahead?

Many photographers love taking photographs but do not look forward to the hours spent touching up photographs to remove technical and cosmetic flaws and enhancing details and adjusting colours.
This has bred a whole industry of people who specialise in this field.
It doesn't take that long to master the skills. With 3 hours a day of practice, anyone with a reasonable eye for detail and a good understanding of the elements that make up a good photograph should be up and running in a year or two.
