I agree that discrimination should not be condoned, and that it is high time for anti-discrimination laws to be put in place in SG, to cover not only society, but workplace as well.

Askeing for a person's medical history should only be done when that person is at a clinic, hospital or when he is injured.. not when that person is interviewing for a position at a company.
