Discrimination laws is hypocritical, should be abolished!

DISCRIMINATION on Age, Race, Sex, National Origin, Religion, Disability, Pregnancy, Medical Condition, Marital
Status, Sexual Orientation etc....


THE HARD TRUTH IS HUMAN BEING HAVE PREFERENCE.

i always ask this question when hiring new employees .


I am very honest to myself. If you cannot even honest to yourself in answer the above question than why should i trust you?

I agree that discrimination should not be condoned, and that it is high time for anti-discrimination laws to be put in place in SG, to cover not only society, but workplace as well.

Askeing for a person's medical history should only be done when that person is at a clinic, hospital or when he is injured.. not when that person is interviewing for a position at a company.
