If gov say pointing fans at ceiling makes things cooler, it must be cooler.:p

Just like when they say GST Hike helps the poor, it must therefore help.:p

And when they say white horse designation is to avoid giving elites' children from getting extra good treatment, this must also be true.:p

Therefore, when Lesser Mortals complain of the heat because fans blow away from them, All of these Lesser Mortals are Lying!

True sign of failure and corruption. A spot temperature meter taken over
multiple points with weightage given to people concentration flow areas will give you the areas of problems identified and the place to tackle. Pure theory is before the days of renaissance and empirical approach. Clearly failed.

They, Rattus pappiesvirus, have hisMASTERS degrees, so they say, not hot..it is not hot!..do not need for meter readings. They do go on site to check , but at only at an appointmented day & time; where everything is in good favourable conditions....need not say more!:p
