Thank you bro hokkien, much appreciated. I had found the following information from your lead.

Application for Certificate of Clearance (COC)
Certificate of Clearance ( COC ) is issued by the Criminal Investigation Department of Singapore Police Force to CITIZENS OF SINGAPORE to certify that a person has no criminal conviction in Singapore. Applicant must show documentary proof from the relevant consulate/immigration authority/government authority which clearly indicates that the production of the COC is required. All applicants must pay attention to the following application procedure and documentation requirements:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. Singapore Citizen residing in Singapore is to appear in person at the COC Office located at Block D Police Cantonment Complex, #02-07/08, 391 New Bridge Road, Singapore 088762. The office is open from 8.30am to 12pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

2. Singapore Citizen residing overseas should submit their applications (original) addressed to: Head Criminal Records, CID (COC), Block D Police Cantonment Complex, #02-07/08, 391 New Bridge Road, Singapore 088762.

3. Processing time for each application is about 10 working days.

4. The processing would only commence when we receive the full set of documents. We will reject the application if we do not receive the full set of documents by 10 working days upon receiving the application.

5. Processing fee is S$45.00 per application. Payment can be made by cash, NETS, cash card, or credit cards (VISA/MASTERCARD) for walk-in application. Application sent by post (from overseas) must be accompanied by a bank draft made payable to ‘Head Criminal Records CID’ through a financial institution based in Singapore. The bank draft shall have a representative bank in Singapore for clearance.

6. In addition to the processing fee, a postage fee of S$5.00 must be included in the payment (total S$50.00) if the COC is to be sent to an overseas address. Payment is non-refundable once the application is accepted.

7. Applicant with local address is to collect the certificate in person or via proxy. An authorisation letter is required for collection by proxy.

8. All applicants must complete the Certificate of Clearance application form in full and submit it with the necessary supporting documents:

a. A set of applicant's fingerprint impressions (ten prints). Applicants applying in person will be fingerprinted at COC office at the time of application. For application by post from overseas, the applicant must submit a set of his/her fingerprint impressions taken by a qualified Fingerprint Officer at a Police Station or an authorized office of the country he/she is now residing.

b. A photocopy of applicant's valid passport. (Bio page only)
Two recent passport-sized photographs. An instant photo machine is available outside COC Office for your convenience.

c. Photocopy of document from relevant consulate/immigration authority/government bodies to establish that the certificate is required by such authority. All documents are to be translated to English if written in other languages.

How about a certificate of criminal record? You can frame it and hang it on the wall like a diploma or degree.

Better to laminate it and put it in your wallet. Can take out whenever necessary, even when visting friends and relatives.

Was checking out the subject of criminal record and found the following:

REGISTRATION OF CRIMINALS ACT
REGISTRABLE CRIMES
OFFENCES UNDER THE PENAL CODE INCLUDED WITH EFFECT FROM 1ST FEBRUARY 2008

Section 376 ... Sexual assault by penetration.
Section 376A ... Sexual penetration of minor under 16.
Section 376B ... Commercial sex with minor under 18.
Section 376C ... Commercial sex with minor under 18 outside Singapore.
Section 376D ... Tour outside Singapore for commercial sex with minor under 18.
Section 376E ... Sexual grooming of minor under 16.
Section 376F ... Procurement of sexual activity with person with mental disability.
Section 376G ... Incest
Section 377 ... Sexual penetration of corpse.
Section 377B(4) ... Causing another person to sexually penetrate a living animal or be sexually penetrated by a living animal

Anyone thinking of having commercial sex with minor under 18 outside Singapore should think twice because the Police can charge the person.

Section 376D Tour outside Singapore for commercial sex with minor under 18 - is also interesting. Did it mean if you join a tour for commercial sex with minor under 18 but did not have sex with anyone, just part of the tour group that is in, for example, Indonesia looking for commercial sex with minor under 18, you get into trouble?

Section 376E - Sexual grooming of minor under 16 also a crime, don't try to groom here and there with any girl under 16.

Section 377B - those ang moh women having sex with dogs in porn movies , if they do here, they get charged.

It's no more the case, now they will stand at one side to let you finish breaking the glass. If you want to burn their office, they will also provide you kerosene and lighters. Then after you are done, they will let you fill up a form to show that this is a civil case and they can do nothing about it. Then you are free to go. <=== showing restraint.

In future, you see policeman using violence or shouting at people, remember to fuck them to remind them to show restraint.
