The first business after Low Thia Khiang took over was to take an ego trip to change all the signage in AHTC. But then he exclaimed in Parliament, "Nobody wants to work for me" in Parliament. Ms Lee Li Lian told a similar story of how companies shunned working for the opposition town council. If there is a tender, who got the tender?

FMSS is setup by WP's loyalists, instead of negotiating for a discount to benefit the residents, WP pay EXTRA to their FRIENDS at FMSS to the tune of $1.6million per year ($6.4million for 4 years so far).

The former MA of PAP's Aljunied had 2 years more remaining but was terminated by WP shortly after election after FMSS was set up by WP's loyalist. The contract clause did not allow the former MA to terminate but only WP can terminate. Therefore, the former MA was intentionally terminated so that FMSS (a company owned by friends) can be hired. I find unbelievable Danny Loh & How Weng Fan sink in $500000 to set up FMSS solely to serve AHPeTC without any assurance of winning the tender. Oh wait, they didn't win the tender, they were simply given the MA contract WITHOUT calling a tender.

To me, the error as listed above was so obvious but Mr Shanmugam was adamant on his accuracy. Only later did he admit he was only told that the figures were correct and did not check them himself. On the second day of the debate, he did not address or correct this issue and no longer did.

Now, the PAP IB, like the OP, resort to lie, just like the ministar who deceive parliament with his erroneous data. What is the Speaker going to do about it? Nothing, because she is not an unbias Speaker.
